This project involved the modernisation of the existing Lidl store in Corby with a new bakery and freezer and extension to the existing warehouse.
The majority of the work was undertaken to the front elevation and entrance canopy and was phased to ensure continuous access to the store for customers and suppliers at all times during the construction phase.
Further work involved reconfiguring areas of the car park and re-introducing a trolley bay as the existing one was removed to allow our works to take place.
This was undertaken as part of a rollout of upgrading stores to fall in line with the new Lidl store design which was rolled out in Germany, with Lidl specifying the use of their own approved subcontractors and suppliers.
