This contract entailed the relocation of Cougar Direct Limited, a specialist car and body shop repair operation from their former premises to the new site adjacent to London Luton Airport. Due to local infrastructure works the client required to move quickly from their former premises. To meet the challenging programme, Jarvis was selected as the main contractor and worked closely with the client and their professional teams to ensure the project completed on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
The work entailed major alterations and refurbishments to the existing building and included 2 new extensions to accommodate state-of-the-art spraying facilities, installation of mechanical and electrical systems and upgrading of the industrial floors together with creating new office facilities. Due to the fast track nature of the project the contract was procured on a 2-stage open book basis.
