Previously occupied by disused garages, the land was sold by Three Rivers District Council to the client where demolition followed and 6 new 2 bedroom apartments were built within 3 separate blocks. Each block contains 2 apartments of which 4 are for shared ownership and 2 for council rent, with each have individually contained gardens and 2 parking spaces with communal landscaping. The shared ownership lots had floor finishes installed throughout and integrated appliances fitted.

The construction is timber frame with clay tiled pitched roofs, blending in well with the surrounding residential properties. Planning conditions stipulated that obscured glazing and non-opening windows were required at first floor level to provide privacy to the rear gardens and openable roof lights were also installed throughout the first floor to ensure adequate light and ventilation is provided.
